We discuss and agree a marketing strategy with you, which will be tailored to suit you and your type of property. We will accompany all viewers over your home and will report feedback to you. We will advertise your property regularly in the press and display it on a number of national and local websites, prepare full colour brochures with internal views and floor plans. We can even display a 360-degree virtual tour of your property on the Internet!
When we receive an offer from an interested party, we will thoroughly check any chain involved the buyer's ability to proceed and check that any mortgage has been agreed in principle. We can then discuss the offer with you, armed with the information you need to make an informed decision.
Once a sale has been agreed it will be closely monitored. We will check the progress of every sale involved in your 'chain' and then give you a report.
On exchange of contracts we will contact you to inform you of the event and the agreed completion date. We can assist in recommending removal firms and advise on procedures for dealing with utility companies etc.
On the day of your move we will hold the keys to your property and oversee the handover of them to the buyers, only when your solicitor confirms that the monies have been received.
